Quarantine made us all cook. It made us curious and started something new. So here are some dishes that we can try to cook while quarantine is still around the corner.

PINAKBET

PINAKBET is a famous Ilocano Dish. It is composed of variety of vegetables which includes eggplant, okra, sili, bitter gourd, squash, and tomatoe. If you want to make it more delicious you can add pork with a good bagoong seasoning. Pinakbet is a healthy dish that provides different nutrients which is beneficial to your body. With the right ingredients and with the exact amount of seasoning, you can cook this ILOCANO BEST DISH!

TINOLA

Chicken Tinola is an all in one dishes. Why? Because it has already a soup, vegetable and meat that is best to pair with rice. This dish is rich in protein, calories, even fat and fiber. This dish is best to cook during rainy season. It is a best dish for children even for a person who has colds or fever. You will feel contentment and amazing feelings when you eat this kind of dish. You will think that this dish is expensive but it’s a big NO because this dish is a friendly budget dish to cook.

KAMOTE SALAD

Kamote salad can be called “MAKAMASANG PAGKAIN.” It is a good appetiser wherein its ingredients are not that hard to find. You just need talbos ng kamote and tomatoe and for it to become more delicious, you will add an exact amount of bagoong. It is preferred to cook by every family during lunch or dinner most especially in this time of pandemic. It has many healthy benefits that could help your body to avoid different diseases.
